Soksereyors is a licensed attorney with the Bar Association of Cambodia, specializing in corporate, real estate transaction and development, litigation and ADR matters. From 5 years of working experience in his professional career, he has extensive knowledge and capabilities in the areas of commercial law, land law, property laws, construction law, civil law, family law, contract law, and legal analysis and litigation and arbitration strategies.Sereyors began his legal practice by working for various international organizations/ agencies, including GTZ and JICA, as his work focused on legal research and development of Cambodian regulations especially in relation to civil matters. He also joined a reputable law firm, which is part of a leading regional firm, since 2014 before he co-founded Y & D Law Office in 2021, and is currently collaborating with SP&P on an ad hoc basis. From his experience, he has assisted both local and international clients on various legal matters ranging from corporate, real estate, construction and litigation. Particularly on litigation, Sereyors has worked with several foreign law firms as local counsel on certain litigation cases both civil and criminal matters.
