Eaknguon is an Attorney-At-Law, a Senior Legal Advisor and a member of the Council of Jurists of the Council of Ministers.Earlier, Eaknguon completed his internship at the Civil Party Lead Co-Lawyers Section of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC). Next, Eaknguon was an Attorney-At-Law and Senior Legal Advisor at a local law firm. Currently, Eaknguon is an Attorney-At-Law and Senior Legal Advisor at Cambodia Law Firm; meanwhile, he is collaborating with SP&P on an ad hoc basis.Eaknguon obtained his Master of Public Management from KDI School of Public Policy and Management, South-Korea in 2016. In 2014, Eaknguon received his Bachelor of Law from English Language Based-Bachelor of Law Program, Royal University of Law and Economics and Bachelor of Education (English language) from the Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of Phnom Penh. Furthermore, Eaknguon was a professional fellow in YSEALI Professional Fellowship Program held in United States of America in 2017.Eaknguon’s areas of practice including but not limited to contract, real estate, corporate, labor, ADR and litigation.
